I was fuming as I stared at my phone, still in complete disbelief. My husband and I had just gotten into another argument, and he had hung up on me right in the middle of it!

Only moments later, he sent a message telling me not to come back home from my business trip. And just after that, he blocked my number… I couldn’t believe this.

This wasn’t over, not by a long shot – and I’d make sure he regretted every single word. I’d get my revenge.

My business trip was going to take a few more days, so I’d have more than enough time to think of the perfect plan.

I was still shocked – Carl had never spoken to me like this before. Sure, we’d had our fair share of arguments and even a few fights, but we always managed to talk it out and make things right again.

But this?! This was unacceptable, and he needed to pay for what he had done.

Over the next few days, I managed to map out exactly how I’d get back at him, in between work meetings and during the evenings when I was alone in my hotel room.

I hadn’t heard from him at all since his last message, and I was sure he thought this was it, that he had won. And that was exactly what I wanted.

I’d let him think he was in control, but soon, he’d be the one begging for mercy.

He had no idea what was coming

When he finally realized what was happening, he completely lost it. “What have you done?!” he screamed.

He was absolutely outraged, unable to grasp how everything had turned against him so quickly. Little did he know, this was only the beginning.

My revenge would be sweeter than ever.

But what had she done? Why was Carl so furious? And what would happen next?

I didn’t believe it

When Carl sent me that last text, I refused to believe he was serious at first. I assumed he was just angry and had sent it in the heat of the moment.

I waited for another message – an “I’m sorry,” or a “Let’s talk later, I miss you.” But it never came.

So, I tried to call him, but my call didn’t go through, no matter how many times I tried, and I realized he had blocked me. What was going on?!
